21.7 Legacy Series / Feature request: Flow sampling

I'm new to this forum so I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
I have Netflow v9 export configured, and it works great, I'm running on a 4-core Celeron box. I'm sending it to a local collector which sends it on to a cloud service. There is no option in the Netflow reporting config for sampling (sending flow for 1 out of N packets). This is kind of a pain because even as a home user with light but constant Internet usage, it's a *lot* of data. Like 1-1.5GB+/day.
Can we have the ability to configure a sampling ratio? Even something like 1:10 would cut my data usage down by 90%. I realize this doesn't capture every flow, but flow sampling is a standard config knob on commercial routers and it would be very handy to have here, too.
