I've been beating my head against the wall on this one for a few days and didnt find anything in my searches.  i have nginx set up with several upstreams all forcing https.  basically everything works fine with the exception of redirecting 80 to 443.  when i do a browser call or a basic curl call i just get curl: (52) Empty reply from server.  i have force https on the location, https only on the http server and i'm assuming the upstreams are configured correctly because the https does in fact proxy back to them.  is there a step i missed? TIA
