Hello,

I'm using both Verizon Home 5G and WOW's 1 gig plans. The WOW modem is a Arris S33. The Verizon Gateway is a Wistron NeWeb Corporation LV55 LVSK-IHP 5G CPE router. I'm using an AsRock Rack EPYC3101D4I-2T motherboard with an Intel x710-t4l nic.

When I install windows on this setup, I get speeds of 2gbps down/40 up on the Verizon connection and 912mbps down/50 up on the Wow connection, albeit the cpu usage is 90%. I get similar results on debian 11, but with a lower cpu usage. On vyos, I get 940 down on Wow, but 140 down on Verizon. I installed a fresh copy of Opnsense last night, but I only get 650 down on Wow and 140 on Verizon. I tried some of the tunables I read about on here and the Wow download dropped to 500 mbps. I've tried the built-in x550-t2 on the motherboard and the add-in x710-t4l and the slow throughput persists. Any suggestions? I just have the default allow all route back to my l3 switch and unbound.
