21.7 Legacy Series / Upgrade to 21.7.2 stuck at fetching base

Hi,
I've started the upgrade to 21.7.2 and at first everything looked fine, but now the process is stuck at fetching the base image.
I don't know if it helps: there is a partial file which has not been updated for about 2 hours.

I will add the update log below. It is constantly printing dots but nothing else happens. The internet connection is ok (at least now) - maybe there was a problem when the updater tried to fetch the base file?
Can I safely reboot the box and restart the upgrade?
