21.7 Legacy Series / Maltrail plugin just stopped detecting anything

The service is running,
I'm using the two test examples from the Maltrail readme:

nslookup morphed.ru.
ping 136.161.101.53

Neither gets picked up.

OPNsense 21.7.1
Maltrail V1.8
