Greetings from Red Cross Germany.

We have an OpnSense with 5 Gateways (see Screenshot below). The problem is if any one of the gateways go offline the other ones go offline too
For example: if our Internet-2 Gateway goes offline our VPN Connection goes offline for 10-20 seconds. It does not show offline but our Ping Breaks (Ping loss/connection lost for around 20 seconds)

Can someone please tell us where can that problem be?

The VPN is OpnSense to OpnSense  to multiple locations.  The connection restores itself too.

We use OpenSense as our Main Internet and VPN Gateway.

I have two Problems:
1) Recently we had our Telekom provider tell us that they got a registration request (PPPoe) from our Vodafone Modem/routers.
2) It seems like when one of our gateways die/go offline it always brings the others down too.

We have 8 seperate LAN Ports on our OpenSense and all of our 6 Internet Modems are on seperate LAN Ports, the other ones are WAN into our switch and Wi-Fi Controllers.

Does this above make sense or is it some kind of bad configration?

We have around 7 locations and all of them are connected with OpnSense Gateway VPNs.

The problem we are facing is we use Zyxel and Fritzbox routers and Telekom Reigo Internet connections.

Our users work with RDP and connect to a location but every time they face a 5-10 seconds loss of connection every 5 minutes. The Ping works 100% and there is no error. Screenshot below.

Any idea how can we Diagnose this or fix it?
