Intrusion Detection and Prevention / SURICATA NOT STARTING AFTER UPGRADING TO OPNsense 21.1.4

After running latest update Suricata (in-line) mode is not starting and showing this error:
The firewall is running on 4GB of RAM and 2GB of swap added. Suricata was experiencing no issues prior to this update.
