Had the same issue which will hopefully be fixed in next release(?).

This worked for me

I came here for assistance regarding this exact issue.

Now the log for nginx threw a lot of permission error on "var/log", but now nginx can't seem to write to the logs so they're blank.

I am currently using alternatives, but would love to keep using this.

edit:
So I swear I tried this unsuccessfully already, but applying the below, everything is now working as intended.
"opnsense-patch -c plugins 1e23572" in root shell.

Greetings.

I have been setting up self hosting on Proxmox lately, and I've run into an issue that is bothering me.

For some reason, after setting up ~10 containers, the latest ones I've set up, won't resolve.
- They get a DHCP-lease
- They are unique in terms of machine-ID / MAC

After rebooting OPNsense, it often start resolving.

Is this a known bug, or am I missing something obvious?

Regards

Hi Re4mstr,
I've used the "Alt names" entry in the Certificates Options:
See attached screenshot:
Base Certificate is www.m****e.de and "Alt Names" is m****e.de for subdomains.

hth

Wouldn't having "domain.com" in base be exactly the same thing?

Currently I'm having subdomains in the alt-names. It kinda works, but more work than I feel is necessary.

Thank you for a great guide.

I have been set up, but I do have a question:

- Is it possible to create a wildcard certificate, and if so, how do I set this up in ACME?
