General Discussion / OPT1 cannot reach LAN via internet

Hi!
I have a three interface setup: WAN, LAN and OPT 1. I dedicate LAN to all my home lab servers and other PCs. OPT 1 is dedicated to WIFI and other "insecure" clients (smart TV, etc). I have been able to isolate the OPT 1 traffic from LAN and allow only access to services that I want to share with OPT 1 like PLEX/EMBY/etc. So far so good!
I have a port forwarding from WAN to one of my LAN servers, which is working fine when I connect from outside (on my phone's data for example). However when I use my OPT 1 WIFI connection I cannot connect to it. I use the same my.example.org address in both cases.
I would be grateful for any pointers!
