AFAIK all 3 sites are run by Deciso Sales BV. Seems shop.opnsense.com has the newer hardware

Interesting. This is one of those instances where I wish those who operate e-commerce sites would refrain from using Let's Encrypt certificates and go for the ones with extended validation as it makes it easier for customers to know if it's an official site or not. Looking up the WHOIS record via ICANN doesn't help as well: only the registrar is indicated for opnsense.com and .eu TLDs are not supported.

Thanks for the comment though.

Anyone have any thoughts on where to buy?

I suppose that means no, the date stamp cannot be added. Thanks for providing the path to the source though. I'll play around with LaTeX to see if I can generate the PDFs on my own.

General Discussion / Question on where to buy
June 03, 2021, 11:06:30 PM
Hello everyone,
I'm considering on just buying ready-made hardware since it's hard to find parts which will consume power below 40 watts (at least here in the Philippines) to build my own. I wanted to prepare for the overall cost as well, so I looked around.
Reason why I'm posting though is because I'm not sure where to buy certified hardware. opnsense.org says the official shop is shop.opnsense.com but here in the forum, the banner at the top says buy at applianceshop.eu, which is the site advertised by deciso.com under the Where to buy page.
Adding to the confusion are the models available on each site. Under shop.opnsense.com, I can see models like DEC670 and 690. On deciso.com though, the model numbers appear to be older (600 to 630). I haven't opened the applianceshop.eu site yet because, upon checking for site reputation data at virustotal.com, a security vendor named Quttera tagged the domain as "suspicious" so it made me pause out of concern.
Can anyone in the community tell me which one is the right place to buy OPNsense hardware? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,
It's my first time posting here, so I hope I picked the proper board for my suggestion/request.
I browsed through the existing topics, and saw that there are people like me who prefer learning things offline (specifically reading through print). I combed through wiki.opnsense.org and I know there is no 'download as PDF' button unlike with pfSense (excuse me for the comparison). In the topic Printable version of the OPNsense 18.7.x documentation, there was a mention about building it from the sources which would have been a good alternative as I'm comfortable with Linux, but the disclaimer about issues with big images simply won't cut it. As an alternative, I saw that I can use the Print option on the browser and just print it to PDF as if I'm exporting the web page. It's a hassle as I have to do it on each page, but it's the only choice available until a PDF version is made available.
Apart from printing the wiki to learn OPNsense for the first time, I also intend to have a readily-available reference going forward that is both offline and kept up-to-date. Since I can't download it with a click of a button, I'll have to comb through the entire wiki page-by-page. But there's a challenge for that: I couldn't tell which pages have been updated recently and which ones have not. In some wikis like Asterisk's though, which is an open-source IP telephony thing, there's a small line of text just below the topic title saying "last modified by [contributor] on [date of last update]." The wiki for OpenWrt also has something similar.

Having mentioned those examples, I hope it's not too much to ask from the people maintaining the wiki: can we incorporate an indicator of some sort on the wiki pages as to when those pages were last updated? That would help people (who prefer reading from print) to identify which wiki page we just need to print from the browser if we are just looking for pages with updated content.
Hoping for your kind consideration. Thanks in advance.
