anyone have any idea on what might be causing this? my wife is extremely unhappy that she cant cast her netflix :-)

It looks like there is blocking going on in the background when ever try to run netflix on the andriod devices. there appears to be an issue with IPV6 and DHCP

I should add a little about my setup

ISP modem <> NET5501 (opnsense) <> SWITCH <> PC (netflix works fine)
                                                                         <> Google wifi AP in Bridge mode <> Chromecast (netflix wont work)
                                                                                                                           <> IPAD (netflix works fine)
                                                                                                                           <>Galaxy Tablet (netflix wont work)
                                                                                                                           <>Galaxy Phone (netflix wont work)

So long story short

I have been running pfsense on a soekris net5501 for the last 10ish years

Given they dropped 32 bit support i looked around and found opensense (awesome btw esp the default config so no serial cable needed)

Anyway i got the latest installer, flashed my CF card got everything booted up, setup my wan and BOOM internet was flowing again.

At this stage i had not changed any settings

I then did some tests to make sure all the basic are working

which is when i found netflix/stan and chromecast wont work with the new setup. I plugged an old stock ISP router in and boom everything is working again

Has anyone got any advice about what i need to change to get the android netflix chromecast situation resolved?
