20.1 Legacy Series / New opnsense install on Soekris NET5501 issues -Netflix/chromecast not working

So long story short
I have been running pfsense on a soekris net5501 for the last 10ish years
Given they dropped 32 bit support i looked around and found opensense (awesome btw esp the default config so no serial cable needed)
Anyway i got the latest installer, flashed my CF card got everything booted up, setup my wan and BOOM internet was flowing again.
At this stage i had not changed any settings
I then did some tests to make sure all the basic are working
which is when i found netflix/stan and chromecast wont work with the new setup. I plugged an old stock ISP router in and boom everything is working again
Has anyone got any advice about what i need to change to get the android netflix chromecast situation resolved?
