General Discussion / Azure OPNsense Appliance Cannot Select WAN Interface
« on: June 24, 2020, 08:34:50 pm »
Hi,
I'm new to OPNsense and somewhat new to Azure. I just created an OPNsense appliance Azure, and was a little surprised that the Internet-facing interface automatically created is LAN. I'm trying to get my NAT gateway rules set up so I can route some GRE tunnels, but I think that needs to be done with a WAN interface?
Most documentation I look at assumes the Internet-facing interface is WAN, but none explain how to change a LAN int to a WAN type.
Any help would be appreciated.
