19.7 Legacy Series / Port forward - NAT reflection

Hello,
After update to OPNsense 19.7.9_1-amd64 doesn't work port forward with reflection, or I do something wrong.
I have a WEB server at 192.168.0.100 and I set NAT port forwarding from WAN. When I'm outside my LAN, and try enter to my web page by WAN IP address, all is working OK, but when I'm in my LAN, and try enter my web server by DNS's names, I got: The connection has timed out. I can't find anything in logs.
I set NAT reflection to Enable in Firewall: NAT: Port Forward.
What is wrong?

Try this:
Login to: https://www.maxmind.com/en/account/login
Next click on the left menu GeoIP2 - Download Files, Next in Download Databases find file which you want and copy link to GZIP, paste this link in OPNsense and this is working :)

I'm new, so please be patient :) I'm try run my own OPNsense, I'm reading manuals, documents ... and now need your help.
I try use GeoIP in aliases (https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/aliases.html#geoip), my OPNsense box has version: OPNsense 19.7.9-amd64, but I don't know where I must enter MaxMind account LicenseKey?
