I installed Ntopng and redis, but the ntopng service does not start.
Any tips?

Guys, I need some help releasing some ports on the 3CX IP PBX.

Scenario:
Firewall: OPNsense 19.7.7-amd64 (virtualized by Proxmox)
IP PBX: 3CX Pro 16.0.493 (Virtualized by Proxmox)
Internet: Fiber 100MB Dynamic
VLAN: No

The internet provider router is like Bridge and authentication is like PPPoE in OPNSense. Navigation on all servers and internal networks that's ok. 3CX has a firewall checker that checks whether all ports required for operation are open.

Before starting the validation I followed the 3CX tutorial itself showing what are the necessary changes in FW for working (in the case pfsense) the procedure followed was this: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pfsense-firewall/

But even after performing the procedure, some ports do not work.

I tried the procedures in this post https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=12793.msg59243#msg59243 and this one here https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=7299.msg32981 # msg32981, however, to no avail.

Live view it gets a Deny WAN on "dir in". When I make a rule releasing, the error persists in 3CX, but nothing else appears in the live view (neither denying nor allowing).

Instalei o Ntopng e o redis, porém, o serviço do ntopng não inicia.

Pessoal, estou precisando de uma ajuda para liberar algumas portas no PBX IP 3CX.

Cenário:

Internet: Vivo Fibra 100MB Dinâmico
VLAN: Não

O Vivo está como Bridge e a autenticação está como PPPoE no OPNSense. Navegação OK em todos os servers e rede interna até ai blz. O 3CX tem um firewall checker que faz uma verificação se todas as portas necessárias para o funcionamento estão abertas.

Antes de iniciar a validação segui o próprio tutorial da 3CX mostrando quais são as alterações necessárias no FW para o funcionando (no caso pfsense) o procedimento seguido foi este: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pfsense-firewall/

Porém mesmo depois de efetuar o procedimento, algumas portas não funcionam.

Tentei os procedimentos informados neste post https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=12793.msg59243#msg59243 e neste aqui tb https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=7299.msg32981#msg32981, porém, sem sucesso.

No live view ele pega um Deny na WAN na dir in, mas quando faço uma regra liberando o erro persiste no 3CX mas não aparece mais nada no live view (nem negando, nem permitindo).
