General Discussion / OPNsense, error default deny rule
« on: January 30, 2019, 07:36:30 pm »
Hello everyone, so here I have installed an OPNsense server for the first time so that I can use it as a firewall and after having defined all the filtering rules between my three zones that are a DMZ, WAN and LAN an error occurs without me being able to understand and determine how to resolve it (Image below).
The problem arises when my WAN client being a classic Windows 10 machine tries to access a web page of the web server present in DMZ. It would seem that my WAN client’s request does indeed arrive at the firewall that automatically redirects requests via a NAT rule to my WEB server but that a default rule (invisible?) prevents my WEB server from responding by connecting to it. Knowing that the rule of my DMZ interface is to let everyone through.

PS: First time on the forum, I didn’t really understand the image insertion system, sorry in advance!
