issue solved

time was rightly set to asia/???, but the dashboard time was a day ahead. manualy set time and date on shell and live session started capturing datas.

my issue is getting the logs required as ive just posted.

understood that you need logs  like
/conf/config.xml

could you please guide me how to get this, as my shell is denying me

i could see at Live Sessions>>Connections, with session as late as 7hrs. Live session does not appear as they happen.

I built a new system with i3 9100 with intel i226 nics

facebook remains blocked, but youtube behavior remains the same. Ive even made the web control as Moderate.

Memory usage is 39 to 40%

FYI

after about 6hours and without changing anything on the zenarmor policy;
facebook remain blocked
youtube resumed working.
