Well after messing with it straight 14 hours I found nothing but loss. In conclusion I declare OPNsense is not compatible with Realtek 8169 Network card (Hardware model is TP-Link 3269 i guess). It's extremely unstable. Also startup and installation process was like 10x slower than pfsense. After all I gave up on OPNsense, back to PfSense. Sorry to say goodbye. Maybe see you until I get better hardware.

Hi, I've just installed opnsense on dedicated hardware. But my LAN connection gives too much packet loss and I can't login to web GUI. But my WAN connection ping goes just fine. Please help. This is fresh install.

EDIT: This machine was running pfsense for many years. So no problem on machine side.

Hi, I'm new to OPNsense. I was using PfSense for a while and thinking about switching to OPNsense. I use squid proxy cache heavily because of busy network. In pfsense there is a settings related to proxy cache's save path, how much ram it should use, how much disk it should use etc. But in opnsense i can't find them. So how can I manage my system usage here? Or it's intentionally not configurable? Thanks.

Edit: oh fuck me

I didn't notice the dropdown menu, sorry :D
