General Discussion / No outbound traffic for some time from the device that just got turned on.

Hi guys,
I'm fairly new to OPNsense and got most of stuff working but having a problem that I'm not able to root cause. Seeking for some help and hints from more experienced audience.
My configuration is as following:
WAN
|
ISP modem
|
OPNSense box (18.x) - LAN - AP
|
OPT1 - TV
DHCP is enabled on OPT1, and "Prevent interface removal" is enabled for OPT1. Inbound and outbound traffic from TV travels just fine, except the first 10-15 minutes after the TV is turned on. I see that TV gets the IP and OPT1 is up (relying on status reported in Web UI). Right after turning TV and launching some app I see outbound traffic in Reporting->Traffic Graph but nothing flows back.
I wasn't able to find any information in wikis/forums on how to address this. I think this has to do with long inactivity on OPT1 and was wondering is there a way to solve/workaround this (preferably without throwing in a switch in between).
Thank you.
