16.7 Legacy Series / After install WAN interface is DOWN (WAN DHCP)

Hi friends,
After install OPNSense 16.7 the WAN interface (DHCP) is down all the time.
If i connect the WAN interface to a switch, this up immediately, but if i connect the cable in the ROUTER of my ISP, this down and never up.
I'm test switching the interfaces, and it's the same.
I'm connect a laptop to ISP Router and it's fine.
This is my first time with OPNSense.
