subnet with samba does not ping

Currently I have installed a sub network with samba AD with ip 192.168.8.128 and on the other side I have a windows client with ip 192.168.1.5, this client when pinging samba gives me a general error, and when pinging from samba the client appears in the destination console unreachable, I already tried several rules but I can not get those subnets to communicate, I'm working with VMware and with Lan Segment option, could you give me an idea about how to configure it, thanks
