why the addon bind not block a porn site??

Because bind is a DNS server and it's task as a resolver is to find the ip address which belongs to the porn site URL you enter in the browser..

Or do you use the DNSBL functionality and the site is on the blacklist?

It only has Top 1m porn sites included. If you have some more lists feel free to post here
