Routes and Gateways menues

Hi,
   I saw that when you install quagga routing suite prugin, it shows a new "routing" section on the left menu tree.
   I think that it would be fine if this "routing" section were fixed and the "gateways" and "routes" sleeves that are now located in the "system" secton were located there.
   IMO it'd be more intuitive and better structured.
