add refresh_pattern to squid.conf
« on: February 13, 2017, 05:58:08 pm »
Hi,
I would like to ask if there is some possibility how to customize refresh_pattern in squid.conf? I have looked in Web proxy tabs but haven't find anything.
Thank you.

Hi,

same need here. I would like to cache Windows updates and Debian packages. Adding a refresh_pattern to /usr/local/etc/squid does not survive a reboot.

Apart from this, I have a 500 GB SSD in my firewall just for caching. But the default partitioning creates a 22 GB tmpfs partition for var and puts the cache there. I thus does not even survive a reboot.

Kind regards
Boris
