Installation Media Creation

Hi Guys,

I am trying to install this on My Old Core2Duo Machine. I have tried to create the Installation media on the USB as well as DVD RW.
The Media is created without any error's. But, I'm Unable to start the Installaiton.
The USB Media just keeps on restarting. & The DVD Media, goes to the extend, where in I get the stop error.

I'm Just unable to install this. Kindly help me understand the method & install..
