No access opnsense

I add some interface on ids/ips and after 10 minuts after do it, all system go down, i can't access over lan and not over ssh. I try to change ip default on console, in screen says all ok, but no access too.

It's the third time happend that, i only can rescue over new install with a recovery backup. But the extrange think is that in console vga screen i can see the ip correct, any log on console to see what is happening? how to do it.

This time the crash was because applied the update of the firmware. But i can't access with lan computer.
