Captive portal and unregistered users

Hi all, I am new here.

I like to configure a captive portal which only allows unlimited bandwidth to users who login to the portal.
And those who don’t have username and password only give small bandwidth like 1MBit.
The background is, I run a hotel and only want to have the „room guests“ unlimited bandwidth and the „restaurant guests“ only minimum bandwidth.

Till now I only setup normal Portals without any bandwidth management
