Can't changing another languages..

In OPNsense which I used, a language was fixed to Japanese, and a setting change was not possible to other languages.
I cannot change part of other setting, too.
I think that probably the opportunity when it was in this way is time when I imported xml file from a different machine.
How can you restore it to be able to do a setting change if I do it?

My versions:
OPNsense 18.1.9-amd64
FreeBSD 11.1-RELEASE-p10
OpenSSL 1.0.2o 27 Mar 2018

Hello,

It's likely due to the user's language setting under Lobby: Password. It overrides the global setting.
