Web GUI inaccessible
« on: December 21, 2017, 03:49:25 pm »
Hi there,

I thought I had an issue with openssl after a failed upgrade, that was rendering inaccessible the web GUI, so I reinstalled using the 17.7 version and imported the configuration.

However, the issue remains the same and I end-up getting time out whilst trying to connect to the web GUI.

Any ideas on where the problem might be?

Help much appreciated,
Best,
Manuel

* deleted a firewall rule which allowed the access -> adjust rules or use anti lockout rule
* changed port which was allowed by the firewall -> adjust rules
* webserver is not running for some reason -> try to restart it via ssh
* you try the wrong port -> use the correct one

Revert to HTTP using Option 2 from the console to debug this. It could also be a faulty certificate (client cert!).

Cheers,
