« on: January 18, 2017, 01:49:40 am »
Hi Guys,
Today I have activated the Intrusion Detection option however the Internet speed dropped down from 200MB to 40MB.
i am using IPS Mode, is this a normal behavior ?
i am using a powerful hardware with 8GB Memory and 128SSD Disk.
please advise .
thank you

I guess the answer is to see if any processes are hogging the resources.

Use something like top and/or pftop and enable/disable IPS to see ???
