HELP !!! After update to 18.7. all passwords are flushed, no access to System

Hallo !

After update to 18.7. i have no access to the firewall. All other functions are ok as it seems. I have no valid Passwords for admin and my personalaccount since update.

Do you have any ideas how to solve?

Did you try the default ones by chance just on the off chance they got defaulted?  -  "root" with password "opnsense"

Starting in Single user Mode and try to change PW-No success

Hi all,
I have fixed the problem by creating a new USB-Stick, loaded with the 18.7. - nano Image. With this, you can change the root-PW on the target-system.
