This really looks like a bug to me:

- create a firward rule.
(it doesn't matter what you choose in "Filter rule association".
- click on the pencile to edit the forward rule and try to change the "Filter rule association", you'll get this list:
Pass
Rule Nat
Rule Nat
Rule Nat
Rule Nat

What do you think?

You get a list of all the filter rules you have on your firewall. That seems to be normal on my setup.

What is the problem you are hitting and can you provide a work flow and screenshots?

Did you create any port forwards? Did you give them a description? If not, you don't see anything.

The bottom rule has a NAT port forward with no description configured in it.

What's the actual issue you are facing?

I guess it doesn't have rule descriptions so it shows empty rule descriptions and that looks the same.
