update and change to OpenVPN

I just updated from 26.1.11_6 to 26.1.11_10.  I noticed in the release notes that OpenVPN configuration has made some change to the user/group settings.  I have not yet configured OpenVPN but plan to soon.  Do I have to do something special for that user/group change to be applied when I do configure it?  What does that change affect?
