IDS/IPS: Outdated link to Suricata documentation

I noticed that the link to the Suricata documentation under "Choosing an Interface" is outdated.

It would be beneficial to implement an automated process that ensures the link always reflects the current version used in OPNsense. This would prevent future linking issues and maintain consistent documentation.
