Video Calls, Fire TVs, Fire TV Sticks laggy, dropping after upgrade to 26.7.5

Updated yesterday to 26.7.5 in the morning, and noted video conferencing call issues the rest of the day - not constant but consistently dropping video and making audio "janky" just for me, not other participants.

In the evening I noted that video streams inside the house were just fine, but video streams to the Internet (YouTube, SmartTube) were dropping every few seconds, even if I turned the video quality *way* down.

A speed test to my provider using speedtest.net showed 300Mbps+ over both wifi and wired connections.

Has anyone else noted issues with Internet video over 26.7.5?
