This issue is caused by your Repositories configuration from what I have seen in other topics...

Sometimes it's because you got the FreeBSD Repositories Enabled and sometimes it's a Third Party Repository messing up things.

Look for 'pkg errors' with the Forum Search ;)
Weird guy who likes everything Linux and *BSD on PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile and funny little ARM based boards :)

I don't see an error here. A bit strange. Is this persistent?

Cheers,
Franco

@franco: Yes, I've tried multiple times with the same outcome.
@nero355: Thanks for a hint.

Why is it updating the OPNsense repository twice? Two conflicting configurations?

What is the result of?
pkg repositories

There are two repos and AUX seems disabled.

Please post the output here as text in a code block. Thank you. I am not clicking on that link.

I had to overcome a few security measures but here you are sir:
root@OPNsense:~ # pkg repositories
OPNsense-aux: {
    url             : "https://mirrors.dotsrc.org/opnsense/FreeBSD:15:amd64/26.7/aux",
    enabled         : no,
    priority        : 11,
    signature_type  : "FINGERPRINTS",
    fingerprints    : "/usr/local/etc/pkg/fingerprints/OPNsense"
  }
OPNsense: {
    url             : "https://mirrors.dotsrc.org/opnsense/FreeBSD:15:amd64/26.7/latest",
    enabled         : yes,
    priority        : 11,
    signature_type  : "FINGERPRINTS",
    fingerprints    : "/usr/local/etc/pkg/fingerprints/OPNsense"
  }

@franco What is the "auxiliary packages repository"? Never heard of that. Also is mirrors.dotsrc.org one of the official mirrors? I cannot find anything named "dotsrc" in the list.

Kind regards,
Patrick

@patrick Aux package mainly holds rust and go compiler packages. You can enable it from the firmware settings (advanced).

@mirek What happens when you run this on the command line?

# pkg upgrade -y pkg; echo $?
