Dear all forumers, I using PPPOE connection and i realized there is frequent disconnection when using OPNSense, there is no such error when using normal router. What could be the root cause?

Please help. Thanks.

Miscconfiguration: why do you use two logical interfaces for pppoe?
Intel N100, 4* I226-V, 2* 82559, 16 GByte, 500 GByte NVME, ZTE F6005

OPnsense when properly configured PPPoE is super stable, it even properly supports PPPoE adaptive LCP echo request...I always test this in a sandboxed LAB environment before every new release makes it into my production environment, and it's always worked perfectly.
OPNsense 25.7.11_9-amd64 running on ESXi 6.7 U2 VM, 4Gbytes RAM, 2 x vCPU
frr OSPF + eBGP, IDS, AdGuard Home, mDNS proxy, sftp-backup plugins. OpenVPN, limited kea DHCP server deployment.

Which Interface should i assign to in Interface->Devices->Point-to-Point?em0 or em0_vlan621. I tried both em0 or em0_vlan621, and both not able to get an external ip address.

Your ISP or their documentation tells you. It's up to them if you need to set a VLAN (and which one) or not.
