Where are my Host entries in DNSMasQ? Suddely every is gone

Hi,

i'm having the issue that all my DNSMasq Host entries are gone. I dont have Kea oder ISC Running, only DNSmasq. There is also an Unbound, but i cant find the entries in overrides too.
I'm also using Nginx Reverse Proxy and addressing those Hostnames. All Services are still working somehow, but i cant see any of those
hostnames. I cant even find them in the config, only ACME Certificates and HTTP Server Settings from nginx.

How can i troubleshoot whats wrong?
