Bootreihenfolge geändert nach Update auf 26.1

Ich versteh die Welt nicht mehr....

Internet war die letzten Tage lahm, bzw das Wifi.
Habe mir gedacht, dass nach 3 Monaten einmal Reboot von Modem, Wifi AP, Switch und Protectli gut tun könnte.
Gesagt getan, hat sich aber alles super schwer getan, bis es dann lief.

Gestern Abend dann noch direkt auf 26.1 geupdated. Hat sich auch etwas schwer getan, hat ewig gedauert und hat irgendwie nicht gestartet.
Damit war ich laut Internet nicht der einzige und einen Powercycle später lief alles.
Hatte gestern Abend und heute Vormittag problemlos "Internet"

Vor 2 Stunden nach Hause gekommen, TV an "kein Internet"

Okay, PC an, mal in die Firwall schauen.
Wie kein Netzwerk?!?!?!

Alles tot...
Protectli ausgebaut und an nen Monitor gehangen, kein Bild und sie bootet auch nicht mit ihrem "Tralala Song", sie geht lediglich an.

Dann läuft auf meinem Win 11 die Com Verbindung zu meiner Protectli nicht, auf nem Win 10 Notebook lief es sofort (1 verschwendete Stunde und Bios Reset später)

In der Konsole festgestellt, dass er in irgendeinem Netzwerk Boot hängt. Ja komisch wieso das denn, der soll doch von der Festplatte booten.
Mal per Hand die Festplatte gebootet und zack fährt das Ding doch.

Bootreihenfolge wieder auf Festplatte zuerst. Aus An - Einwandfrei gebootet.



Was ist denn da bitte passiert?!?!

Edit: ist der Release von 26.1 noch nicht stable? Hab ich genau das Fenster abgepasst, nach Ewigkeiten mal wieder ein Update zu fahren, wenn ausgerechent 2 Tage davor die 26.1 erst ausgerollt wurde?

Wenn ein Gerät vom Netz statt von der eingebauten Festplatte (? nicht doch eher ein Flash-Speicher oder eine SSD?) bootet, liegt das wohl kaum an OPNsense.

Die 26.1 hat noch ein paar Wehwehchen, aber größtenteils im UI und erst mal nicht im grundliegenden Betrieb. Vor allem, wenn du die Migration der Firewall-Regeln auf das neue UI erst mal bleiben lässt (muss man ausdrücklich und manuell machen) und auch den ISC-DHCPd, der automatisch als Plugin installiert wird, einfach weiter laufen lässt, dann ändert sich "eigentlich" erst mal gar nix.

Der ist auf irgendeinen Network Boot gesprungen, die Bootreihenfolge war auch falsch.
Vielleicht Bios Batterie leer?
Uhrzeit habe ich nicht gecheckt, muss ich mal tun...

Ich werde jetzt mal noch fix ne SSD bestellen und einbauen, dass ich ZFS verwenden kann, dann erspar ich mir zumindest etwas Ärger wenn ich mal bei der OPNsense zurückrollen will

aber hier ist total der wurm drin, ständig ausfälle, jetzt gerade wieder ein reboot, keine ahnung was da los ist.

stirbt mir etwa gerade der eMMC?

Was sagt den "dmesg"? Was erscheint auf einer angeschlossenen Konsole? Wenn es ein Hardware-Problem ist, sollte es da Hinweise geben.

Dies deutet darauf hin, dass das Speichermedium defekt ist oder die Schreibzugriffe aufgrund von Timeouts fehlschlagen. Dies führt zwangsläufig zum "Einfrieren" oder unkontrollierten Neustart der OPNsense.

2. PPPoE-Verbindungsprobleme (Dauerhaft)
Das System versucht ununterbrochen, eine WAN-Verbindung über PPPoE aufzubauen, was scheitert.


Fehlermeldungen: PPPoE connection timeout after 9 seconds und zahlreiche reconnection attempt (bis zu Versuch 12 dokumentiert).

Auswirkung: Da die OPNsense bei jedem gescheiterten Verbindungsaufbau versucht, Dienste wie den DNS-Server (Unbound), das Routing und Filterregeln neu zu konfigurieren, entsteht eine hohe Systemlast und Instabilität in der Konfigurations-Engine.

3. Fehlerhafte Plugin-Konfigurationen
Es gibt mehrere Fehler bei Zusatzdiensten, die beim Systemstart (Bootup) zu Verzögerungen oder Fehlfunktionen führen:


ntopng: Der Dienst meldet Too many interfaces (8) und bricht die Initialisierung des Network Discovery ab. Es wird empfohlen, die Redis-Datenbank zurückzusetzen (redis-cli flushall).

Backup-Fehler (Bitrix24/Rclone): Es treten kritische Fehler beim Versuch auf, Backups auf einen Cloud-Speicher hochzuladen (Failed to create file system [...] server misbehaving), da zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Internetverbindung (DNS-Fehler) besteht.


NUT (USV-Überwachung): Der Dienst für die USV (Unterbrechungsfreie Stromversorgung) kann nicht starten, da keine Definitionen in der ups.conf gefunden wurden.

Zusammenfassung und Empfehlung: Der wahrscheinlichste Grund für "Abstürze" ist das defekte oder inkompatible Speichermedium (mmcsd0).

Hardware prüfen: Ersetzen Sie das Speichermedium (SD-Karte/eMMC) durch eine hochwertige SSD oder eine neue SD-Karte.

PPPoE prüfen: Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Modem korrekt verbunden ist und die Zugangsdaten stimmen, um die ständigen Neukonfigurationen zu stoppen.

Dienste bereinigen: Deaktivieren Sie testweise ntopng und die Cloud-Backups, bis die Basis-Internetverbindung stabil läuft.

Was ist das? Wenn das "KI" ist - ok. Ich hatte dich nach der Ausgabe von "dmesg" gefragt, ich bin raus. Ich unterhalte mich nicht mit sogenannter "KI".

ich dachte dmesg ist das gleiche wie das syslog das ich vorher angehängt hatte.
Das mit der "KI" war nur auf den Teil des defekten eMMCs bezogen
