[SOLVED] Where is the "Create Post" button?

Dear People, where is the "Create Post" button? Scrolled through the whole website and found nothing (and of course I searched for my problem also, how to make a new post).

Yes, I guess it's "New Topic". But all I find is "Unread Posts", "Unread Topics", "Go Down", "Go Up," and also "Mark all Messages As Read" at the bottom of the page.

To make things clearer, I have looked on the index page of the forum, I guess, and also on the subdirectory "English Forums". Am I on the wrong page of the forum?

No it's not. New users can post from day one. You really just need to navigate into a single specific subforum, first.
