Zenarmor Cloud Nodes Status DOWN

Hi,

I have installed Zenarmor in two environments.
Everything is working in one environment, but the Cloud Nodes Status remains DOWN in the other environment.
The Response Time in Cloud Reputation Servers shows the time to each server.

How do I find out what is wrong?
