Well the problem is that a router is not a switch.
You could try setting the bridge and all all its member interfaces to ipv4 none so any traffic hitting it can not be routed. Then it would need to be switched.
But your setup looks a bit strange, I would try to consolidate the weirdness a little. It looks like a network design issue.
