Dual-WAN Port-Forward & Wireguard

Hello
I'm running 24.7.7 on Hyper-V with to IPv4 internet connections. Sometimes port forwarding and Wireguard stop working until I reboot the VM. I have no clue what's going on no real knowledge to diagnose it. Outgoing traffic is still flowing normal. I don't see Wireguard traffic

Both WAN have static IPs
