Do the firewalling with ipv6 works only on end clients? Is there way to make nat/firewall for dual stack ipv4/ipv6 network? Im not network specialist. Simple explanation please.

Firewalling for IPv6 works just like for IPv4. In OPNsense by default nothing from "outside" is permitted "in". Period.
What does not work like IPv4 is that there is no NAT. But NAT and firewalling are not connected. So OPNsense still blocks anything inbound by default.
