Interface missing after upgrade to 24.7
«

Hi,
we have a problem with the upgrade to 27.4. We have 8 interfaces on our OpnSense. After the upgrade the interface labeled as [Transfer] is shown as missing and it does not work anymore. All other interfaces work as expected.
It happens every time I try the upgrade and on both firewalls which are in a high availability carp. Other previous upgrades worked without problems.
The interface has another gateway assigned, as it is a transfer network to another internet gateway.
Our firewalls run on a virtual machine on a Hyper-V server.
Heres what I tried already:
- Look through all the logfiles. I didn’t find anything. Is there a specific log for that? I might have missed it.
- Removed the interface in OpnSene --> I cannot add it anymore.
- Removed the network adapter on Hyper-V, restarted the Firewall, added it again --> Still shown as missing or if removed from OpnSense I cannot add it anymore.
- Compared the adapter to the other ones, no difference except for IP, MAC and physical LAN Adapter
As soon as I revert to the checkpoint before the upgrade everything works again.
Current Version: 24.1.10_8
Please advise.
