Blocked communications

Hello,
from time to time I see in log blocked traffic. From client to WAN :443 TCP.
But I have rule which allow all trafic from this LAN to WAN and HTTPs port.
Attached IMG is detail, but I don't understand - what is reason for blocking this communication.
