After upgrade, it seems I get intermitent sites that just stop loading or fail to load all of the page, it only started after updating to 24.1.1, I run this on a proxmox VM, hardware offloading disabled. I can't consistently reproduce this, but when I went to install plugins or update the packages, I got messages like this. This particular package being installed was for ZenArmor, but I was getting them for opnsense packages as well and it took several attempts to get downloads that didn't immediately fail.
[3/23] Fetching libxcb-1.15_1.pkg: ........35104632832:error:1408F119:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:decryption failed or bad record mac:/usr/src/crypto/openssl/ssl/record/ssl3_record.c:724

The error message you provided indicates an issue with SSL decryption or authentication during the package download process. This error could be related to several factors, including network connectivity issues, SSL/TLS configuration problems, or even potential issues with the package repository server. Try to check out and provide more detail later, maybe I will be able to help.

For me switching to another Repo-Mirror solved it...
For anybody else facing it: I was hit on my way from 24.1.3 to 24.1.4 ;-)
