Hi,
I couldn't find any definate information if the CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe is working with opnsense.
So I tried it with 23.7.10_1 & 23.7.11 and can report success.
The 4 network interfaces over the PCIe interface appear as "alc0" til "alc3" in the web UI under "Interfaces > Assignments".
This way you can have 2 physical router in a box.

FYI, Mikrotik CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe does NOT work as expected with opnsense.
1) Tested with 24.7.8
2) The alcX interfaces do not negotiate the speed correctly, only 1 Gbit/s Full and in RouterOS the pcie interfaces report "Incomplete"
3) In some circumstances the pcie interfaces do not work. I have to deactivate/reactivate the interface and the above problem occurs.
I think these issues could be solved _easily_ by the FreeBSD team by patching the alc driver with the same patches that Mikrotik (2 lines of code!!!) applied to the Linux ALC drivers, but I suspect that FreeBSD developers do not give a f*ck about the CCR2004 Pcie...
