Upgraded to 23.7.11 - all logs empty

Hy!

I upgraded 2 systems today to 23.7.11, without rebooting. Now all logs (System, Services) are completely empty in the GUI, see attached.

Any ideas?

...browser problem, FF 121 works. Hmm...
