Wireless Clients no access to gateway or internet

Hello, I've recently setup OPNsense v23.7.9 (running on Proxmox as VM)
ISP Router is running in Modem mode with Public IP in WAN - OPNsense current managing DHCP too
All wired clients and are currently able to connect to the internet and reach OPNsense UI - no apparent issues there.
However, Laptops connecting via wireless through a Deco M4 Wireless Access Point (In AP mode) are momentarily able to connect to the internet and reach OpnSense, however the connection does not last and after a few minutes - connectivity is lost (can ping gateway, but no outbound internet)
In addition - Android devices (phone/tablets) connecting to the same Access Point are immediately not able to reach out to the internet. They can reach other devices in the LAN, but they cannot reach out to the internet nor reach the default gateway (opnsense)
The DHCP leases for the wireless clients are showing, as does the Access Point. I am also able to ping the default gateway with a response, but cannot reach the UI at all. All wireless devices using same single AP (removed mesh)
Essentially there appears to be an issue with wireless clients connecting through OpnSense. I'm leaning towards DNS.. because.. well..it's always DNS.
Modem -> vtnet1 (WAN) OpnSense
OPNsense -> vtnet0 (LAN) -> Main Switch -> Second Switch -> Access Point
DNS Unbound 53
DHCP - DNS Servers: LAN IP and 8.8.8.8
Can provide any further details and appreciate any help on the above!

Ditch the Deco? If it were DNS, you could still ping 8.8.8.8 but not ping google.com. (other test sites are available).
At least beg/steal/borrow another AP and compare

I have a similar problem:
OpnSense 24.1.5_3 on Proxmox 8.1.10
2x NIC VirtIO Linux Bridge with Firewall disabled, Multiqueue 8
Fiber Modem (Telekom) -> vtnet1 (WAN)
vtnet0 (LAN) -> Managed TP Link Switch -> TP Link EAP650 WLAN AP
I can reach the Internet and the Web GUI of OPNSense from various devices (mainly Windows OS) in the wireless network. However, from some Android smartphones I can neither access the Internet nor the OpnSense WebGUI. Even a ping from OpnSense towards the smartphone fails. But the smartphone receives an IP from the DHCP and appears in the ARP table in OpnSense.
Sometimes the connection from Android to the Internet works like magic, so I'm getting desperate about this problem.
Do you have any tips on what else I can look for? If more information is needed, I will try to provide it. Unfortunately I'm not that deep into OpnSense yet as I've been using a consumer router from my ISP.
I previously tried my ISP's router as a wireless access point, but had the same problems there, which is why I bought the TP Link EAP 650.
